I’ve spent 26+ years supporting federal research programs, scientific operations, and laboratory initiatives—bringing together program analysis and day-to-day lab realities.

At Ripple Effect, I’ve designed Excel-based templates, dashboards, and reporting tools that streamlined annual organizational taskers, supported leadership planning, and standardized recurring workflows. I also authored guidance documents and SOPs while training new employees to keep program execution consistent.

Before that, I worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Medical Technologist, running chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood banking, and communicating critical results to physicians. Earlier roles included high-throughput sequencing and lab operations at the Henry M Jackson Foundation/The Geneva Foundation and PCR assays and library prep at Battelle National Biodefense Institute.

I’m comfortable translating complex scientific and operational data into actionable reporting, and I’ve led teams (including supervising six employees) while mentoring and improving how work gets done across projects.
