What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to apply statistical analysis, biology, and application development to deliver critical insights for stakeholders, particularly through R Shiny tools, predictive analysis, and clinical laboratory data.

At Genova Diagnostics, I build R Shiny applications and automated statistical pipelines that turn patient raw data into actionable clinical laboratory results. My work includes a radioimmunoassay results application that eliminated the need for third-party software, anomaly-detection reporting, and custom R packages that identify biomarker drift over time.

I've also developed and validated molecular diagnostic assays, including Illumina sequencing for Blastocystis subtyping, qPCR parasite-load testing, and SARS-CoV-2 detection. I translate stakeholder needs into documented, validated tools and reports using R, RMarkdown, Quarto, SQL, Linux, Bash, and Shiny.

My foundation in cell and molecular biology, laboratory operations, and research helps me connect statistical analysis with real clinical workflows and patient-result quality.
