What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining operational claims or customer-service responsibilities with opportunities to use and grow my web development skills in a collaborative, improvement-focused environment.

I am a business and technology professional with a background in claims processing, customer service, leadership, and recent software engineering training. I combine strong communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills with hands-on technical abilities in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and GitHub.

In my current role I process complex health and pension claims while maintaining high accuracy and staying current with evolving plan guidelines; previously I led tech support teams of up to 30 employees, handling quality assurance, performance reviews, and KPI management. I have completed a BS in Business Management, an HR certificate, and a software engineering program, and I have delivered projects such as a website called "Around the World."

I bring a growth mindset, adaptability, and a proven ability to learn difficult subjects quickly; I am seeking a role where I can apply both my operational expertise and emerging technical skills to drive process improvements and positive change.
