At The McGowan Companies, I lead Agile delivery for two to three enterprise insurance Scrum teams, improving transparency, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable execution.
I facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage delivery workflows, and coordinate developers, leadership, vendors, and stakeholders across concurrent initiatives. I implemented Jira, Azure DevOps, and Trello workflows to improve visibility, accountability, and project tracking.
I’ve delivered workflow improvements, workflow management software implementation, and acquisition integrations. My work includes reducing recurring three-hour status meetings to focused ten-minute standups and creating an organization-wide Trello workflow that strengthened trust between engineering teams and leadership.
Before becoming a Scrum Master, I built enterprise insurance software and supported Microsoft technology development initiatives at Tri-Core Technologies. I bring a practical understanding of the SDLC, technical requirements, risk management, and C#, .NET, and SQL to Agile delivery.
