I am a detail-oriented professional with experience in sales, reception, customer service and event support across fast-paced hospitality and membership environments. I combine strong organisational skills with a passion for content, user experience and operational excellence.

My background includes front-of-house and membership roles at Virgin Active, retail and hospitality positions in London, and media-focused work experience at Sky where I supported scheduling, VOD content implementation and cross-team production meetings. I have a BA in Media Studies and practical exposure to content management and UI review.
