What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an account coordination or sales operations role where I can own CRM workflows, support onboarding and compliance processes, improve data integrity, and partner across teams to resolve issues and keep customer-facing operations moving.

At McLaren Health Plan, I own the Broker360 pipeline for active Medicare Advantage agent accounts, coordinate contracting and credentialing, and produce weekly reporting that flags at-risk accounts and activation opportunities. I also partner with Enrollment, Member Services, Compliance, and Finance to resolve agent escalations, enrollment discrepancies, and commission issues.

Previously, at G. Norris & Associates, I managed the full order lifecycle across a multi-office account base, from order entry and RMA processing through freight coordination and billing issue resolution. I bring a compliance-first, audit-ready approach to CRM data integrity, stakeholder communication, reporting, and competing deadlines.
