At Memphis Sports and Events Center, I led end-to-end planning and execution of multi-program operations, coordinating logistics, staffing, scheduling, and budgeting. I grew summer camp enrollment from 6 campers to 50 within one year.
I managed day-to-day operations of the Ninja 901 adventure course, including programming, staffing, customer experience, and revenue performance. The course generated $5,000 in monthly revenue for four consecutive months.
As an Elementary Teacher at Aurora Collegiate Academy, I manage daily operations for groups of 25–30 students and use performance data to identify trends and improve outcomes. I also maintain records and coordinate communication among families, staff, and leadership.
Earlier, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at Autism Centers of Tennessee and as a Special Education Teacher at Pepin Academies. I documented progress, implemented individualized programs, and coordinated reporting and administrative processes. I'm currently pursuing an MBA in Supply Chain Management at the University of Memphis.
