What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations, events, facilities, or collegiate athletics role where I can coordinate complex logistics, improve processes, support safe and prepared environments, and collaborate across teams.

I'm coordinating operational logistics for Colorado Mesa University Residence Life, supporting large-scale residential programs serving 10,000+ participants. I help ensure facility readiness, safety compliance, and emergency response coordination across multiple residential buildings.

I conduct facility inspections, work with external partners, and support incident response and crisis management in high-occupancy environments. My work centers on organized operations, clear processes, and reliable service.

I've also supported Colorado Mesa University athletics as a strength and conditioning intern and volunteer coach, assisting athletes with warm-ups, endurance, injury prevention, and high-performance training. As a former collegiate football student-athlete at CMU and New Mexico State University, I bring firsthand experience balancing team commitments with academic goals.

I hold a Master of Science in Sport Management and a BBA in Marketing. I'm First Aid, CPR, and AED certified, and I bring experience in event planning, facility oversight, project coordination, staff scheduling, and stakeholder collaboration.
