I’m a District Manager at Aldi, where I manage operations for four stores generating $80M+ total in annual revenue across South Florida. I lead 4 store managers and 70+ employees while owning personnel decisions from recruitment and onboarding through development and corrective action.

I focus on improving operating results by acting on KPI-driven initiatives in efficiency, losses, availability, quality, cleanliness, retention, payroll, expenses, and sales growth. I also analyze and approve budget projections, proposals, invoices, merchandising plans, and store expenses.

I’ve led grand openings and remodels in Southeast Florida, handling store layout verifications, sales and staffing forecasting, vendor management, and coordination with contractors and the real estate department. I also organize and lead district meetings to drive alignment on current events and new initiatives.

Alongside retail leadership, I’m a Co-Founder at Dinucci Capital, LLC, participating in raising capital for residential acquisitions and supporting portfolio management through tenant communications, maintenance coordination, market research, financial analysis, and lease negotiations. Earlier, as a Financial Officer intern, I managed expense tracking, revenue optimization, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and strategic pricing models—supported by tools like SAP ERP, UKG Workforce Management, Tableau, and Excel.
