At Generations Healthcare's Plum Tree Care Center, I design and implement programs addressing the medical needs of diverse skilled-nursing residents. I connect residents and families with community resources and advocate for insurance authorization and funding.
Previously, at the UCLA School of Nursing, I created donor reports using CRM software, supported projects and meeting follow-ups, and built relationships with donors virtually and in person.
