AI Product Builder at Meru who designed and launched an AI-powered intranet adopted across the organization.
ColombiaWhat I'm looking for
At Meru, I designed and launched Meru Essences, an AI-powered intranet that brings People services together and automates employee requests. I built it from user discovery through prototyping and rollout, using Lovable, Figma, n8n, and AI models, then iterated with real user feedback.
I also built AI products for Compliance, including KYB and regulatory reporting workflows, and for CX, an AI customer support assistant. After more than 13 years leading operations and people across multiple countries, I now turn real organizational problems into practical AI products, and I’m looking for an AI Product or AI Operations role where I can create tangible impact.
