I’m a bilingual educational leader with over 25 years of experience in English language teaching, plus a solid 9-year track record in Academic Coordination and Direction roles. I bring both pedagogical authority and the ability to lead teams toward measurable academic outcomes.

My core expertise is strategic preparation for Cambridge international exams (PET, FCE, CAE, CPE, and IGCSE First Language English). I’ve designed curricula and standardized assessment criteria, aligning teaching plans with clear, reliable evaluation standards for top-tier institutions.

Over the past 2 years, I self-directed a career transition toward integrating Artificial Intelligence into education. I optimize pedagogical processes, create high-complexity teaching materials, and differentiate curricula using generative AI tools—also using AI to reduce administrative workload, design evaluation rubrics, and personalize learning based on each group’s needs.

In leadership roles, I’ve directed an 11-teacher department, redesigned syllabuses for vertical coherence from Primary through 6th year of Secondary, and improved the quality and reliability of institutional results. I’m now seeking to apply this experience in remote work environments focused on education, language model training, or educational AI consulting.
