What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead client implementations, regulatory transformation, or technology delivery work where I can coordinate cross-functional teams, improve operational processes, and deliver successful go-lives for financial-services clients.

At Cotality, I lead 20 concurrent enterprise banking and mortgage-servicing SaaS onboarding projects, moving residential and commercial loan portfolios from requirements through configuration, UAT, training, and go-live.

I partner with banks and lending institutions to implement tailored technology solutions, coordinate secure data transfers and integrations, and reduce onboarding time by 7%.

Previously at PwC Mexico, I led a portfolio of 10 regulatory transformation projects for U.S. and LATAM financial-services clients, using KPIs, governance, RAID logs, and Power BI reporting to keep leaders aligned on performance and risk.

My project management foundation also includes Accenture Mexico, where I managed 15+ new product introduction projects across engineering, manufacturing, and production teams. I bring experience across Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
