At Metal One America, I manage domestic and international customer accounts from order placement through final delivery. I apply customer payments, maintain accounts receivable records, resolve payment discrepancies, and prepare customs, import, export, and trade documentation.
I coordinate with customers, freight carriers, warehouses, and logistics providers to keep shipments and supply chain activity on schedule. I also maintain orders and forecasts in Microsoft Dynamics 365, monitor inventory transfers, and complete month-end inventory reconciliations.
My background also includes high-volume accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, payment processing, financial reporting, accruals, ACH transactions, SAP, JD Edwards, and Excel.
