I'm looking to apply my transportation, claims, customer service, and operational support experience in a role serving customers, government operations, or household goods logistics.

I've supported military personnel, government operations, and household goods transportation for 38 years across the U.S. Department of Defense and HomeSafe Alliance.

At HomeSafe Alliance, I managed household goods shipments from assignment through delivery, reviewed pre-move surveys, coordinated special service approvals, and resolved shipment issues while maintaining accurate documentation in high-volume systems. Previously, in the DoD Household Goods Movement Division, I supervised Inbound, Outbound, Quality Assurance, Claims, and Vendor Management operations across multiple military locations.

I'm known for handling complex transportation, entitlement, and claims inquiries with sound judgment, clear communication, regulatory compliance, and a professional approach to de-escalating difficult situations.
