Design and iterate on complex multi-stage workflows for request, approval, sourcing, and contracting aligned to organizational approval hierarchies.

Designed scalable digital products for early-stage startups across AI and sustainability, building Figma design systems focused on accessibility and scalability. Led ESG reporting workflow design for enterprise clients (ESRS) and standardized components through a reusable design system while mentoring a junior designer.

Redesigned analytics dashboards to turn complex enterprise data into clearer insights and created AI-powered Content Cues to improve ticket deflection and lower costs. Led design across 4 engineering teams (Search, ML, Analytics, Content) and partnered with enterprise customers on user research, prototyping, and usability testing.

Built the design foundation for a B2B enterprise SaaS as the first designer and developed scalable design standards and a design system. Prototyped key workflows and UI for an Admin Center to support document and content management use cases.

Designed end-to-end UX for a keyword monitoring tool and improved the Labels system to strengthen campaign organization and tracking. Delivered user-facing design updates without prior coding experience, focusing on experimentation and iterative improvement.

Led multi-channel service design workshop work for a betting and gaming organization, designing end-to-end experiences to address real-world challenges in local communities and institutions. Created marketing campaign assets including banners and animations across multiple platforms.

Designed and coded landing pages and newsletters for an e-commerce shop specializing in video games and electronics. Modernized brand identity and website and built a weekly marketing newsletter reaching thousands of customers.
