What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead innovation and product design initiatives where I can connect business, product, and engineering teams, use research and prototyping to validate opportunities, and build meaningful digital products.

At Lilab, I lead innovation initiatives from opportunity discovery through user validation, connecting business, product, and engineering teams around product strategy.

I've designed and tested concepts including a B2B SaaS business-administration platform, a Microsoft Teams travel-expense bot, and an AI-powered Environmental Impact Assessment tool. I use qualitative research, Design Thinking, and rapid prototyping to validate ideas before development effort is committed.

Previously at Lilab, I designed user-centred financial products, conducted user interviews, and contributed to a Design System, including work on a debt collections platform and innovation discovery for a financial services company.

My background also includes usability research, style guides, brand identity, UI standards, and maintaining a banking application UI Kit. I'm comfortable working across fintech, banking, and insurance in Spanish and English.
