What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing operations role where I can solve stakeholder issues, coordinate remote teams, improve processes, and support client success for U.S.-based organizations.

My career has been driven by curiosity and a strong interest in understanding how things work so I can improve them. Throughout my experience in operations, marketing, process management, and data analysis, I have developed a strong ability to organize information, identify patterns and inconsistencies, analyze processes, and turn data into clear, actionable insights.

In my previous role, I managed operations and communication across 35 U.S.-based chapters, supporting more than 1,000 stakeholders and resolving approximately 400 inquiries each month.

I coordinated across teams, clarified requirements and deadlines, and followed issues through to resolution. I supported onboarding, maintained operational records, identified recurring problems, and standardized workflows to improve consistency and efficiency.

I use Excel, Google Sheets, and business analytics tools to track KPIs, build reports, analyze trends, and support operational decisions. My experience also includes budgeting, expense tracking, financial reporting, documentation, and risk follow-up.

Earlier in my career, I managed marketing initiatives at Grupo 3000 and conducted market, customer, and sales-pipeline analysis at Arkisoft LLC. I work fluently in English and Spanish and bring extensive experience collaborating remotely with U.S.-based organizations.

I am particularly interested in opportunities where I can combine data analysis, organization, problem-solving, and process improvement to help teams make better decisions and operate more efficiently
