What I'm looking for

I’m interested in remote freelance opportunities in AI language evaluation, annotation, transcription, and data-related work.

At Easy Sourcing, I supported communication between Swahili-speaking customers and English- and Chinese-speaking counterparts. I translated and clarified customer information between Swahili and English.

I also helped customers communicate their needs clearly and assisted with day-to-day customer service. This work brought me into contact with different languages and cultural backgrounds.

Through freelance and practical business communication experience, I supported business owners and shops with customer questions and professional interactions.

I’m comfortable using computers for document preparation, data entry, communication, internet research, and file management. I’m interested in AI language evaluation, annotation, transcription, and data-related work, including remote freelance opportunities.
