I’m seeking a fully remote Prior Authorization Specialist or Patient Care Coordinator role where I can manage authorizations end to end, resolve denials efficiently, and support clinic workflow with HIPAA-compliant, high-volume patient communication.

I manage end-to-end prior authorization workﬂows using NextGen EHR/EMR systems, navigating complex payer portals, auditing documentation, and aggressively resolving denials to prevent delays in patient care. In high-volume environments, I triage incoming patient communications (including 150+ calls/day), coordinate multi-provider workflows across scheduling and intake, and overturn complex medication and procedure denials by negotiating directly with insurance payers.

I’m also highly fluent in asynchronous patient communication (RTIR) and compliant, independent workflow management under HIPAA and data privacy requirements. My background spans patient service, store operations with independent oversight, and detail-focused refund analysis—so I bring both clinical support mindset and rigorous accuracy to every authorization task.
