I'm currently a Guest Experience & Retail Associate at Koko Black, delivering personalised service across the sales floor and till point while supporting daily and weekly sales targets.

I build strong product, promotional and brand knowledge to confidently advise guests, maintain visual merchandising standards, process deliveries, and support inventory accuracy. I also train casual staff and help lead opening, closing, health and safety routines.

As a 3D Technical Artist intern at TouchGreen, I contribute to an engaging virtual planet experience that uses gamification to encourage users to track and reduce their carbon footprint.

My background also includes healthcare and aged care support, where I provided daily personal care while promoting residents' safety, comfort, dignity and independence.
