Mobile Crisis Response Team Leader at The Thresholds who helped launch a new regional crisis program.

At The Thresholds, I helped launch a new Mobile Crisis Response program in Kankakee and Ford Counties. As Team Leader, I supervise seven employees and consult with staff on complex crises, risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation.

I build working relationships with hospitals, schools, law enforcement, 988 partners, emergency departments, and other community providers. I also represent the program in community presentations and review service documentation for quality and compliance.

Earlier, I provided assessment and family support at Rosecrance and telephone-based crisis intervention at ProtoCall Services. At Nexus Family Healing, I directed residential-unit operations and supervised staff supporting adolescents with significant behavioral and mental health needs.
