Camilo Lopez

I’m an Electronics Engineer and Telecommunications Specialist, currently completing a Master’s degree in Engineering with an emphasis in Electronic Engineering at Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia. My training combines strong fundamentals with a practical focus on telecommunications, network security, and signal processing.

In my professional experience as a Support Engineer (GRUPO ASD) from July 2024 to July 2025, I handled equipment maintenance, customer service, and software installation and configuration. I take ownership of smooth technical operations and clear communication with stakeholders to keep systems running reliably.

Before that, as an Advisor on academic coordination systems from February 2024 to November 2024, I contributed to implementing an automated attendance tracking system and an automated faculty assignment system. Working in systems and electronics, I’ve learned to turn operational needs into dependable, functioning solutions.

I work comfortably across tools and technologies—Python, C, Arduino, Matlab, Cisco, Proteus, and Oracle VirtualBox—and I bring teamwork and a structured approach to problem-solving. I’m excited to apply this blend of electronics, telecommunications, and technical support in a collaborative environment.
