What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote HR role supporting distributed, multi-country teams, where I can lead employee relations, case management, people strategy, and HR operations across time zones.

At Mace International, I supported leaders and teams across the Middle East through remote HR business partnering, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

I've managed Tier 1 and Tier 2 cases end-to-end, including investigations, PIPs, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and audit-ready documentation across multiple jurisdictions. I also led a centralised cloud-based HR query platform that improved SLA adherence for distributed teams.

Across the UAE, Middle East, Africa, and the Philippines, I've combined Oracle HCM administration, labour-law compliance, HR analytics, recruiting support, onboarding, succession planning, and manager coaching. I'm an Assoc CIPD-qualified HR professional comfortable working async across GST, CET, and PST time zones.
