Camila Silvente Villarroel

I’m an Industrial Engineering graduate with a strong interest in production, operations, and continuous improvement. I’m motivated by continuous learning and by building a comprehensive understanding of industrial processes.

Currently, I work as a Research Assistant for the Bolivian Industrial Research and Development Group. I contribute as a co-author to two academic publications, strengthening my ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.

Previously, I supported operations and decision-making through hands-on internships and an interim role at Alicorp. As a Production Intern, I worked on inventory management and continuous improvement initiatives using 5S, and I contributed to data collection and analysis tied to production processes.

I also developed operational and analytical skills through process and safety exposure. At Maxam Fanexa S.A.M., I supported process documentation and data analysis, and at COMTECO R.L. I participated in industrial safety activities, including risk prevention, emergency response, and basic first aid—always with a teamwork and improvement mindset.
