What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build purposeful products and services that are or use emerging technologies (like AI), combining user research, strategic foresight, and design thinking to solve real problems for real people.

At Eve Air Mobility, I translate discovery work into products, services, and initiatives for electric air mobility. I designed Eve’s end-to-end customer experience, co-created a service blueprint with 150+ stakeholders, and initiated a Voice of Customer process.

I built Eve’s UX research practice from scratch and led research across vehicle prototypes, VR/AR studies, passenger journeys, infrastructure scenarios, and community acceptance. I also applied strategic foresight to future trends and scenarios that informed the company’s business plan and UAM strategy.

Previously, I led quantitative and qualitative UX research at Oi and designed digital products, back offices, e-commerce, and omnichannel platforms at Truewind. I’m motivated by purposeful technology that solves real problems for real people.
