I’m a Customer Success professional with experience in client relationship management, retention, and customer experience. I combine strong communication and engagement skills with a client-facing background developed through education and translation work.
In my current role as a Junior Customer Success Analyst, I manage customer relationships with a clear focus on satisfaction and retention. I run proactive follow-ups to identify improvements in the customer journey and support loyalty and expansion strategies.
Previously, I worked as an English Teaching Assistant, where I supported classroom instruction and student development, including one-on-one assistance for students with disabilities. I also developed a disciplined approach to preparing and evaluating academic activities.
Earlier, I served as a Translator & Proofreader, ensuring grammatical accuracy and consistent formatting for English-to-Portuguese documents. I bring a detail-oriented mindset, bilingual proficiency, and a strong service orientation to every customer interaction.
