What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote role in customer success, training and onboarding, or instructional design.

At Kohgakusha Co., Ltd., I lead and support 13 instructors as part of a seven-person management team. I onboarded and trained more than 10 new team members on curriculum, teaching methods, and company standards.

I design lesson plans and teach classes, and I’m part of the leadership team during the division’s most profitable year on record. I also run hiring, event coordination, and staff and student progress meetings.

Earlier, I ran daily store operations as Assistant General Manager at Dean & DeLuca Hawaii (Waikiki), where I interviewed, hired, and trained employees and used sales data to inform ordering and promotions. I also served as a Cryptologic Analyst and Reporter in the U.S. Air National Guard, producing intelligence reports and recommendations for decision-makers.
