What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver responsive customer support and administrative efficiency—using CRM, inbox/calendar management, and support platforms—while growing my IT support troubleshooting skills to improve issue resolution and customer experience.

I’m an emerging Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Specialist with hands-on administrative experience at New Wine Academy, plus formal training through ALX Africa's Virtual Assistant Programme and Alison's Customer Support Services diploma. I focus on efficient inbox and calendar management, appointment setting, and reliable document creation that keeps workflows smooth and aligned with curriculum needs.

In practice, I’ve worked with tools across HubSpot, ClickUp, Zendesk, and Google Workspace through structured scenarios, and I’ve self-published VA and customer service guides on Selar. I’m currently completing IT Support training to expand my customer-support skill set with practical troubleshooting, so I can help teams respond faster and serve customers more consistently.
