What I'm looking for

I seek a student-centered role where I can design inclusive instruction, run IEPs collaboratively, support diverse learners, and grow in special education leadership.

I am a certified K-8 General Education and Special Education teacher with experience across K-6 and grades 2–5 special education settings, IEP development, and collaboration with families, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams. I have led classrooms, prepared and ran IEP meetings, differentiated instruction using evidence-based strategies, and supported students with a wide range of disabilities to achieve measurable growth.

My background includes long-term substitute and resource-room roles, crisis intervention and behavior-management training, volunteer international teaching work, and recent in-home childcare management where I designed developmentally appropriate learning activities and maintained strong parent communication. I bring a student-centered, collaborative approach and a demonstrated history of adapting instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
