What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can coach a team, translate goals into action, and keep operations safe and customer-focused—using clear communication to resolve issues and maintain smooth logistics.

I’m a store and operations leader who brings structured management, clear communication, and a strong customer-service mindset to every shift. I’ve built teams through coaching, delegation, and performance feedback while keeping day-to-day work running smoothly.

My background includes hands-on technical and compliance-focused experience from the U.S. Army as a Diesel Mechanic and Weapons Repair Specialist. I managed and repaired complex equipment, led a team of ten, and supported inventory and inspections—so safety, readiness, and accountability are second nature to me.

In civilian roles, I’ve translated goals into actionable plans as a store manager and hunting manager. I oversaw budgets and resources, resolved conflicts, trained staff, and served as a communication link between employees and senior leadership to drive progress.

I also bring transportation and logistics strengths from driving and coordinating routes across extreme weather conditions. From coordinating schedules and customer requests to communicating with stakeholders, I stay calm under pressure and focus on getting people where they need to go—safely and professionally.
