What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead secure, scalable IT infrastructure and technology training initiatives where I can combine systems administration, automation, curriculum design, and emerging AI-focused work.

At The Design and Technology Institute, I built the ICT and Digital Design department's academic and technical foundation, while serving as sole systems administrator for infrastructure supporting 300+ staff, students, and devices. I led Microsoft 365, Ed-Admin, and QuickBooks migrations with no major disruption and strengthened security through audits, access controls, firewalls, and documented IT policies.

I've also developed responsive websites and applications, including a health management system adopted across Ghana, and I enjoy making complex computing concepts easy to understand for learners at every level. As Head of ICT, I lead curriculum strategy, accreditation alignment, facilitator development, and industry-aligned skills training while pursuing further specialization in AI and machine learning.
