At Champs Sports, I managed daily operations for a high-volume retail location and led a team of 15–20 employees for nearly eight years. I coordinated scheduling, staffing, recruiting, phone screenings, interviews, onboarding, payroll support, documentation, and business reporting.

I use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and reporting tools to maintain accurate records, track performance, and support operational decisions. I’m comfortable balancing deadlines, confidential information, employee needs, and customer demands in fast-paced environments.

Currently, I provide personalized service at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, assisting guests with purchases, memberships, and product information while exceeding Wine Club sales goals. I also hold an active Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License and bring a consultative, relationship-focused approach to client service.
