At CT Transit, I support fleet technology management across vehicle network topology, enterprise applications, onboard routers, and CAD/AVL systems. I analyze operational data, report KPI-focused findings, and help improve network reliability and system integrity.
I provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, maintain department databases, train users, and coordinate with operations, maintenance, vendors, software suppliers, and partner agencies to resolve technical issues.
