I am a versatile and reliable professional with over 4 years' experience spanning technical support, workshop operations, administration, customer service, and hospitality.

At Monitech I perform maintenance, stock control, assemble and repair cap lamps, install software, and support basic diagnostics while capturing data and supporting administrative tasks.
