What I'm looking for

As an HR professional, I would demonstrate that I’m a team player and work in line with my business leaders by communicating effectively at all levels.

As an HR professional, I would deal with employees on all levels and in situations to take disciplinary action. Looking at the different corporate functions in an enterprise, I feel that an HR role is the best starting place for me to learn.

I am an experienced HR professional with a passion for helping businesses succeed. I graduated with an MBA from Iqra University, and over the past 7 years I have a deep understanding of the HR field.

During my time in the industry, I have worked with a variety of organizations in different sectors, ranging from start-ups to established companies. I have been responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing potential candidates, to onboarding, training new employees and dealing the HR operations.

I believe in creating a supportive and highly engaged work culture, and I have been successful in implementing HR policies that focus on employee wellbeing.

I joined Chiniot General Hospital as Sr. HR Executive to help them in all HR operations, responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions and prepare compensation and benefits packages, set up company policies, maintain updated employee records and ensure a healthy workplace by providing HR procedures.
