What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations or business role where I can use Excel, Sage, and AI to improve reporting, efficiency, and decision-making. I value clear communication, teamwork, and opportunities to grow into smarter business operations.

I’m a Business Management graduate with hands-on experience in retail fuel operations through family-owned petrol stations. I’ve supported front-of-house operations and customer service during peak periods, while monitoring fuel sales and assisting with daily cash-up processes.

I strengthen efficiency through disciplined record-keeping, basic reconciliations, and payroll and benefits coordination. Across my operations assistant roles, I’ve supported inventory management (fuel levels and convenience store stock), helped maintain workflow in a fast-paced retail environment, and assisted supervisors with administrative and operational coordination.

My foundation spans finance, operations, and data handling, with growing interests in real estate and artificial intelligence. I use Microsoft Excel, Sage Accounting, and AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, prompt usage) to improve decision-making and business performance.
