I’m looking to lead data-oriented talent, performance, and succession programs in manufacturing—partnering with HR analytics teams to turn predictive workforce modeling into measurable business impact, while strengthening organizational capabilities through targeted learning and evaluation.

I’m a Senior HR Manager with 10 years of experience in major manufacturing environments, including 5 years in team management. I build data-oriented people strategies across talent management, performance systems, organizational development, and HR analytics—grounded in both HR expertise and an industrial engineering mindset.

At Vestel Electronics, I founded and led a new Talent & Performance Management function from scratch, scaling assessment and talent decisions across ~4,000 white-collar employees. I integrated results into a 9-box potential framework, replaced surface-level reviews with a structured balanced scorecard and competency-based evaluation, and helped drive a 5% increase in high-performer retention. I also owned end-to-end succession planning for 50+ senior leadership roles, ensuring zero gaps in leadership pipeline continuity.

I partner closely with HR analytics teams to embed predictive modeling into workforce planning and performance decisions, supported by my PhD-qualified work. I completed a PhD in Human Resources Analytics by developing a machine learning-based predictive model for employee performance using Weka, and I bring practical analytics rigor to day-to-day HR execution.
