I’m a Human Resources professional with 8+ years of corporate experience in international, structured business environments—especially within healthcare technology and diagnostic systems. I specialize in recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management, with a strong focus on building clear, role-based structures that people can actually use.

In my current role at Gensutek Diagnostic Systems, I conduct job analyses and translate results into job descriptions, organizational charts, workflow documents, and position-based competency frameworks. I also own end-to-end recruitment—CV screening, structured interviews, offer management, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment documentation—so hiring and integration move smoothly and consistently.

I’ve also served as an HR Generalist at Siemens Healthineers, coordinating major digital transformation efforts (including Workday), supporting pilot implementation, and driving employee adoption. I produce HR metrics reports for roughly 200 employees using advanced Excel and deliver insights on key indicators such as absenteeism, training completion, and headcount.
