What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time, shift-based role in a regulated iGaming studio where I can lead operations, ensure compliance, monitor live sessions, and support my team with coaching, escalations, and KPI-driven performance.

I bring customer service experience from fast-paced environments and apply the same discipline to regulated iGaming operations. I’m known for maintaining accuracy, staying calm under pressure, and following compliance standards, internal policies, and platform guidelines during live sessions.
