At Growmodo GmbH, I lead a 30-designer UI/UX department across Website, Performance and App. I established a QA reporting framework that achieved a reported 93.91% success rate across 558 reviewed outputs in 30 days.

I built Growmodo’s company-wide design system through 15+ iterations and created an AI-assisted workflow that prototypes in code with Claude Code and imports editable layers into Figma. I also introduced task estimation, self-QA checklists and early blocker escalation.

At Codemelt, I designed products and visual materials for 50+ international clients, leading UI/UX from research and UX strategy through prototypes, design systems and handoff. My work has also included the NIBIRU platform, BERT’s staking and pet-care products, IXFI’s Visa card program, and HYVE workflows.
