I’m a motivated and results-oriented professional focused on helping students succeed by advising them on financial opportunities like student loans, grants, and scholarships. I review and confirm financial aid applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.
In my recent roles, I’ve supported students and customers through fast, clear communication by phone, email, and scheduled appointments. I’m attentive to detail and use strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues while maintaining a supportive, student-centered approach.
