I’ve managed paid social and lead generation for businesses that close sales offline, mostly aesthetic clinics and salons. Since 2018, I’ve worked on campaigns for a Japanese hair removal chain, helping grow monthly leads from about 200 to a steady 450–600 as its outlets grew from five to seven.

As an independent consultant, I switched the chain’s main campaigns from form sign-ups to Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram message starts, and ran three campaign set-ups side by side as an A/B test. I planned campaigns using the client’s sales data and reported monthly to business owners and managers.

Earlier, at a Digital Marketing Agency, I set up a Zapier alert that reduced an aesthetic clinic’s lead response time from about 72 hours to 12–24 hours. I also worked on festive Mailchimp campaigns and trained four trainees.
