Bryan Sick
@bryansick
I lead global operational transformation, change readiness, and cross-functional program implementation.
What I'm looking for
At ASML, I lead operational transformation across 16+ semiconductor customer sites, connecting engineering, operations, field teams, and leadership to turn evolving needs into implementation plans, governance, readiness actions, and measurable results. I architected a global Crisis Management Plan and created the EUV HotList to improve visibility into priorities, risks, ownership, KPIs, and executive decisions.
I've managed 20–30 concurrent business-critical priorities and 1,000–1,500+ critical events annually, and as Interim Group Lead increased critical coverage from 50% to 80% through stronger capacity planning, prioritization, and operating discipline. My background also includes global technical operations at ASML and leading maintenance, safety, and operational readiness in the U.S. Navy.
