At Rulesware El Salvador, I led distributed technical teams delivering enterprise Pega/BPM applications for US-based and regional clients. I translated client requirements into Agile/Scrum user stories and facilitated delivery, stakeholder reporting, and production releases.
For a Seattle Financial Institution, I modernized a legacy platform across Pega 8.4 through Pega Infinity 25, improving lead filing and automating approval routing. I also led delivery of Fixed Rate Advance, Visa credit-card payments, Quavo Smart Disputes Framework capabilities, and a customer contact-information update.
I led implementation, testing, and deployment of a center-out mobile application using Pega 23 and Infinity 24 across Central American countries except Belize. Outside enterprise delivery, I developed Python automation projects for web testing and invoice generation, and I'm developing an expense tracker.
