School management platform for Peruvian schools, built around the national student registry (SIAGIE / MINEDU). Built a WhatsApp assistant on GPT-3 in late 2022 that reached 5,000-7,000 users in one week with no marketing budget. Repositioned from private to state schools after the initial market showed no willingness to pay; the new model closed its first contracts.

Technical Lead on a voice-first AI platform for industrial frontline operations, delivered under SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. Sole author of the forms service and its front end - 1,383 of 1,442 commits and 1,102 of 1,152. Built an agent that explores a third-party enterprise application, emits a standalone Python adapter, replays it live and repairs it when the vendor's UI changes.

Industrial software consultancy. Led a three-person team that delivered in two weeks, from outside the product, a capability other external engineering teams had attempted for three months without success. Built Compass, a multi-tenant server-driven UI platform that re-rendered 26 modules of a third-party enterprise SaaS at runtime from a per-tenant configuration document.

The school management platform later renamed Ebbiner. Led development of a multi-tenant platform split by user role - separate applications for end users, administrators, advisers and teachers over a shared Firebase backend, internationalised from the start.

Freelance. Implemented the backend on Firebase, replacing dedicated server hosting and cutting infrastructure cost substantially. Built the API that B2B customers use to integrate with the company's service. Led the design and development team through all planned stages, reducing development time by 25% against the original plan.

Tuned and operated a self-hosted Jitsi deployment for mass-scale sessions, reaching around 1,200 concurrent participants per session under a broadcast model, where most participants received streams while speaking rights were granted selectively. Video infrastructure self-managed on EC2.
