As a Logistics Operator – Healthcare Department at Arvato Benelux, Netherlands, I handle picking, packing, and quality control of medical products. I use scanners, EPT, and warehouse systems to maintain accuracy while working inside a regulated healthcare environment.

Previously, I served as a Recruitment Specialist at XcellenTalent, managing the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to interviews and client coordination. I also supported Recruitment & Selection through CV screening and interview coordination at Antagon International.

Earlier in my career, I worked in customer support and call center roles in Lisbon, providing banking support, running surveys, and handling high-volume calls with a strong focus on data accuracy.
