What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product design role where I can lead end-to-end discovery to delivery, deepen user research and usability testing, and build accessible, scalable design systems—while collaborating closely with product and engineering to launch meaningful improvements.

I use compassion and persistence to question and challenge the environment around me, aiming to determine better solutions to solve the world’s problems. I’m driven by altruism and realism—understanding what users and businesses need today, then building toward what can be better.

In my current role as a Lead Product Designer at Starbucks, I own the end-to-end design process for internal store health tools, leading discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, and delivery. I partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align design decisions with strategy, and I advocate for user needs through user research and usability testing. I also define design frameworks, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability, and I’m currently leading a feature rollout to 11,000 stores.

Before that, I designed internal and customer-facing products at General Motors, including an end-to-end designer role for a Cadillac B2C tool and work across global markets. I’ve also contributed to design systems and accessibility standards through committee service, and earlier roles include UX/UI work on immersive learning experiences and B2B SaaS products from concept through prototype.

Earlier in my career at Accenture, I designed an augmented reality experience, and more recently I've experimented with tools like Figma AI Beta and AI-powered accessibility and ideation plugins to support my design process. I enjoy finding thoughtful ways to incorporate new technology when it helps improve a better user experience.
