I've helped institutions including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, and The Main Museum strengthen their brands, grow audiences, and deepen community connections.

As Associate Vice President of Marketing + Guest Services at LACMA, I led a 50-person cross-functional division supporting more than 20 exhibitions and 300 annual public programs, generating approximately $10 million in yearly earned revenue. I also redesigned operating hours and staffing through visitor analysis, creating more than $500,000 in annual operational savings while increasing attendance.

I led LACMA's first comprehensive institutional brand initiative, helping reposition the museum around accessibility, inclusivity, and cultural relevance. Earlier, I established its editorial voice across print and digital platforms, founded two monthly museum publications, and created an award-winning institutional blog.

Now, as an independent brand strategy and marketing consultant, I partner with museums, nonprofits, civic leaders, political campaigns, and businesses to clarify messaging, develop audience strategies, and build integrated campaigns across digital, print, fundraising, web, and social channels.
