I've led nearly $1B in development at Onelin Capital and a $500M+ development and construction portfolio at SMARTCAP, delivering multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, industrial, commercial, and capital projects.
At Onelin Capital, I led the development and design of approximately 1,185 purpose-built student housing units in Seattle's University District and expanded the pipeline from approximately 36,000 SF to more than 1.2M SF under entitlement in three years.
At SMARTCAP, I directed Sequoia Village, a 25-acre greenfield master-planned development envisioned for 850+ multifamily units plus retail and commercial uses. I also oversaw more than 1M SF of industrial development and $100M+ in occupied tenant improvements across 630,000+ SF.
I've also managed 200+ Amazon capital projects exceeding $450M, delivered Meta's first Seattle office, and led complex work for Microsoft Special Projects. I build teams and repeatable processes while keeping an owner's focus on budget, schedule, risk, quality, and long-term asset value.
